Harvey Smyth

Harvey Smyth, beloved father, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on Saturday June 17th in Pittston. He was born on August 2nd 1967. Harvey was a devoted father and a respected member of his communities. He is survived by his loving daughter, Marissa Smyth.

Harvey graduated from Pocono Mountain High School in 1987. Harvey was a passionate man who loved motorcycles and guitars. Harvey was an accomplished guitar player. He was an active member of his local RC club, where he made many friends.

Harvey was known for his sense of humor, his work ethic, and his willingness to help anyone. He was a contractor and former lineman, but above all he was the best Dad you could ask for. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. In lieu of a service, the family kindly requests that you take a moment to privately mourn and celebrate his life in your own way.
