Isabel M. Hoskins

Isabel M. Hoskins, 80, of Luzerne, passed away on July 7, 2025 at Commonwealth Hospital, Wilkes-Barre. She was born June 8, 1945 in Luzerne a daughter of the late John and Hazel Pope. She was a graduate of Luzerne High School and was formerly employed in the local garment industry. Isabel loved spending time with her family and going to the casino.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Ronda Rosengrant; sisters Cecelia Geisinger, Hazel Southwell; brothers Jack and Joseph Pope.

Surviving are her children: Suzanna Stoll, Cathy Huth, John Petarka, Michael Jeschke, Paul Wolfe; 21 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren; brother Michael Pope; nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. by Rev. James Quinn at the Betz-Jastremski Funeral Home, 568 Bennett Street. Luzerne. Friends may call Wednesday from 5 - 7 p.m.

Private interment will be in Chapel Lawn Memorial Park, Dallas.
