John Resetar

ohn J. Resetar, 63, of Kingston, passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. He was born July 24, 1958 in Carbondale a son of Florence (Jakon) Resetar and the late Peter Resetar. He was a graduate of Wyoming Area High School and was employed as a landscaper for 35 years. John was a Pittsburgh Steelers and Notre Dame fan. He was preceded in death by his brother, Mark Resetar. Surviving in addition to his mother are his wife, Patricia (Iorio) Resetar; children, John Resetar Jr., Nicole Resetar and her companion Jared, Melissa Resetar, Patrick Resetar and his wife Lauren, Amanda Resetar; granddaughters, Abigail, Allie, McKenna; sister Kim Resetar; brother Jay Resetar; nieces and nephews. Family and friends may call Wednesday from 5 – 7 p.m. at Betz-Jastremski Funeral Home, 568 Bennett Street, Luzerne.
