Joseph J. Brice

Joseph J. Brice, 75, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away on July 19, 2025 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville after a brief illness. He was born June 18, 1950 in Wilkes-Barre a son of the late Joseph and Rita Coulter Brice.

He was a graduate of Coughlin High School and was an Air Force Veteran. He was employed by the City of Wilkes-Barre and later for Sherman Hills Apartments.

Joe enjoyed fishing, camping, gardening and woodworking.

He was preceded in death by his son Joseph Brice, Jr., sisters Rita Malloy, Josephine Brice, Sharon Bell, Jeanne Voyton; brother Victor Brice.

Surviving are his wife Lynann Brice; daughter Michelle Smith and her husband David; stepson Christopher Eder and his wife Phyllis; grandchildren Natalie and Nathan Smith; brother Edward Brice and his wife Deborah; sister Mary Chapman; nieces and nephews.

Private funeral services will be held.
