Joseph Stevens

Joseph Stevens, 86, of Luzerne passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2022. He was surrounded by his loving wife and his twin brother at his bedside. He was born March 6, 1936 at Nesbitt Hospital in Kingston a son to Vita and Antonio Stancanpono. Joe was a great father, husband and grandpa who always worked hard to provide the best for his family. He was very giving to others and didn’t hesitate to help others out when needed. He will be a tremendous loss to his beloved wife Patricia with whom he shared 35 years of marriage. Surviving are his wife, Patricia Stevens, children Stephanie, David, Michael, Timmy; brother Anthony Stevens, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Relatives and friends may call Saturday from 2-5 p.m. at the Betz-Jastremski Funeral Home, Ltd., 568 Bennett Street, Luzerne. A prayer services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m.
