Richard M. Shirlow

Richard M. Shirlow, 72, of Kingston passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, with his daughter Richelle Shirlow Degnan and dear friend Beverly Fiascki by his side. He was born April 16, 1948 in Philadelphia. He was an Army veteran and his last place of employment was with Martz Trailways. Richard had three sisters; Patricia, Joanne and Betty. Richard is survived by his daughter, Richelle Shirlow Degnan, granddaughter, Bailey Degnan, and dear friend Beverly Fiascki. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Tuesday, August 18, 2020 from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m at the Betz-Jastremski Funeral Home, 568 Bennett Street, Luzerne.
