Richard Wateski

On Monday, November 23rd 2020, the quick witted, Richard T. Wateski Sr., passed away at the age of 74. Richard was born December 22nd 1945 to Stanley and Mary Wateski. He has one son Richard, and two daughters, Tammy and Cindy. To many people, Richard was one of a kind, very private, yet fun and goofy. He enjoyed making people smile even if he wasn't funny all the time. He was an excellent negotiator when he really wanted something. He loved not only his family, but cars, guns, and let's not forget the beer gardens(what a guy)! Richard was proceeded in death by his father Stanley, and mother Mary. He is survived by the mother of his children Roseann Rink, son, Richard T. Wateski Jr., and wife Janet, daughter, Tammy Stroud (Wateski), and youngest daughter, Cindy Lamoreaux and husband Eric, brother, Stanley Wateski and wife Rose, 10 awesome grandchildren and 11 more awesome great grandchildren, as well as a nephew and two nieces. Per Richard's request there will not be any memorial services as he said, "He didn't want the fuss." We know, he more a less was saying "Save your pennies." He will be greatly missed and always remain in our hearts.
