Thomas J. Blight, Jr.

Thomas J. Blight, Jr., 57, of Luzerne passed away on February 20, 2026 after a brief illness.

He was born May 22, 1968 a son of the late Thomas J. and Christine Blight. He was a graduate of Wyoming Area High School and was employed as a IT specialist for Golden Business Machines and UBEO.

He liked hunting, fishing , and camping. Tom enjoyed listening to AC/DC and attending car shows.

Surviving are his daughter Carlyn Blight, former wife, Wendy Blight, friends Sam Sam, Jim Harcher and Jeff Burman.

Friends and family may gather on Tuesday from 6-7 p.m. at Betz-Jastremski Funeral Home, Ltd, 568 Bennett Street, Luzerne.   

Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
